The hanging grouncd wire is the indispernsable link of the catenary power outage maintenance operation. The monitoring of the hanging state of the hanging ground wire is an importarnt guarantee for the maintenance persornne and equipment safety.By using caternary maintenance hang the ground information report device, a collecting device and a management system can achieve the articulated ground state information acquisition, remote trasmission, information management and visualmanagement, to overcome the security loopholes existing in the traditional manual management mode, eliaminating cateanary maintenance accident risks,effectively prevent hang the ground fault electrical acczidents, ensure personai and equipment safety maintenance.To this end,this paper developed the catenary grounding infomcation collection card based on the PCI bus for the Catenary Inspection and maintenance. The infomnation collectiorn card is insertecd kinto the PCI card and transmittecd cdata to the computer at high speed throucgh the PCI bus. In hardware design, using ARM+FPGA (Fielcd Programmable Gate Array) hardware structure as information collection card, avoicds using a single chip serial processing structure of cldata processing with long time delay problem of running conflict between infornation receiving and dcata processing: in the ARM and FPGA interactive part of the cdata transmission,usiing FSMC (Flexible Static MemoiY Controller) data bus transfer data, to ensure data transmissiofn using FPGA high speed parallel processting; target target SMSt MMS, the grouncd state infomiation of different types of reasonable receiving,processing and transmitting; in part design of PCI Ccontrol interface, select the C PCI9054 mode, specific irnteErface sclheme, and design a PCI interface comtrol logic is realizecd by FPGA,FPCGA PCI9054 decdicated cointrol chip control function.The SIM900A receiving algoritlim of specific cocding target SMS and MMS is stucdied,the ARM can contral the SIM900A to download and transmit data. The PCI interrupt algorithm is stucdiecd. The hardware circLit is constructecd on the FPGA through Quartos ? The algorithm realizes the complete data transmission for the target SMS and MMS with cdifferent data length and triggered interrupt reasonably. The PCI bus for receiving data, in the Wincdows platform,PCI9054 related to the single objective reading and writing DMA gather / scatter transmission two transmission modes.Completing the information collection card hardware and software development, and the experimental results show that the contact wire grounding wire information collection card can accurately receive, store and forward the hanging ground wire information function, realized the rapid transmission of ground information by PCI bus, improve the real-time overhaul grounding line monitoring.
