In recent years,the construction of high-speed railways has led to rapid development of railroad electrification in China.The maintenance of catenary for daily power interruption is becoming increasingly heavy.As the key link in catenary maintenance,hanging the ground lead is an important measure to ensure the safe operation of maintenance personnel.In the interruption maintenance of catenary,the temporary management of hanging ground information adopts the method of manual reporting.The accuracy of the information is completely dependent on the degree of compliance and responsibility with the operating procedures by the personnel,leading to the existence of management vulnerabilities and accidents.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a new type of monitoring device for hanging ground lead in catenary maintenance to realize the real-time on-line monitoring during the maintenance work and to prevent the transmission of electricity and to form a safe card control in the operation.This paper analyzes the influence of the "V form skylight" and "vertical skylight"operation on the interruption maintenance of the catenary,affirms the importance of temporarily hanging ground lead.In order to realize the comprehensive and real-time monitoring of the ground state information,this paper develops a kind of monitoring device for hanging the ground lead in catenary maintenance based on the 4G network communication.The monitoring device is composed of the host and the auxiliary monitor.The key function of the auxiliary monitor is to determine the state information of card rail in the ground terminal and transmit it to the host monitor by short-distance wireless communication.The host monitor mainly implements the insulating bar of ground lead,the disassemble state monitoring,and receives the state information of card rail in the ground terminal from the auxiliary monitor,and collects the articulated images of ground lead and position information.Finally,the host monitor integrates all the information collected and received through the 4G network,and uploads it to the backstage server in the form of data flow,and receives the response from the server in real time.The overall design scheme,hardware circuit design and software programming of the monitoring device are detailed in this paper.Finally,the feasibility of the monitoring device is verified by experiments.The new type of hanging ground monitoring device developed in this paper has been functionally verified.Field tests,which indicate a good result,have been carried out during the catenary maintenance under the jurisdiction of the NanJingNan power supply section of the Shanghai Railway Bureau.
