Research On The On-line Anti-mal-operation Electronic Operating System Of Substation

The switching operation of substation is a very important part of daily electric power production,which follows strict operation logic rules and has highly security requirements.Violation of the operation logic can result in serious consequences and brings big economic loss,which may even endanger the lives of the operations staff.Anti-maloperation microcomputer system is commonly applied to prevent wrong operation and can be subscribed into two categories: on-line and off-line systems.The off-line system has the advantages of simple structure,small investment,and no laying cable,but it is difficult to solve the problems of invalid working procedure and time delay in equipment alignment.However,the implementation of on-line system has different ways.Study of the work is supported by the company served by the author.The thesis focuses on the development of a new type of on-line anti-maloperation microcomputer system.The background,the basic concept and the main features of the on-line anti-maloperation micro-computer system is introduced at first,which is compared with the traditional off-line anti-maloperation micro-computer system in their functions and characteristics.Then the reform scheme,the hardware development and the function design as well as the implementation are presented in the rest part of the thesis.The proposed system can provide multiple functions: real-time device status information and lock status data can be transferred rapidly by the computer key and wireless smart ground wire,via wireless master station and substation;the electronic operation tickets containing the operating instructions can be transferred to the wireless smart key,which operates anti-maloperation locks in place.The successful development and application of the on-line anti-maloperation electronic system can greatly improve the anti-maloperation situation,especially in the management of ground wires.Real-time command of the substation security can be realized and the substation anti-maloperation management can be bring to a new level.
