| In this article, it analyses the state of research of online-monitor-system and the disadvantage of that. According to the practical application, it explains the principle of partial discharge, tan 8, oil chromatogram and the relative solutions. It also presents the main structure, framework and network structure of online-monitor-system in Guangxi and some relative software, settles the problem of establishing online-monitor-system platform, communication and the compatibleness of data from every monitor-system.
