With the development of Ethernet used in substation automation, the operation of substations will be the access process based on Internet, therefore, the anti-maloperation measures will turn to regulations of access behaviors, including the judgment of control object to access privilege. Taking the substation switching operation as research object, the control model of IEC61850 Standard as research groundwork, and electric anti-maloperation as research objective, this thesis designs the operation behavior-state machine which meets the needs of electric anti-maloperation and miss-operation preventing under the circumstance of network. What's more, its function is tested based on the embedded system. The work can be summarized as follows:(1) By studying IEC61850 deeply,understanding its key points and general ideas ,and analyzing manufacturing message specification and substation communications model based on IEC61850,it is believed that the substation automation system based on IEC61850 presents four characteristics——information leveling, unified object-oriented data modeling, dada object self-description, and abstract communications services interface (ACSI), and the control-model of substation automation based on IEC61850 is analyzed.(2) By analyzing the mechanism of substation anti-maloperation under the circumstance of network,a method of telecontrol anti-maloperation is proposed according to the conception of control-model behavior-state machine in IEC61850.It can realizes the function similar to current microcomputer maloperation preventing system and miss-operation preventing function. And then the communication service in control model is mapped to the application layer protocol MMS PDU. Therefore, the problem of electric anti-maloperation under the circumstance of network is resolved theoretically.(3) This paper gives research on implementation method of embedded multi-task software based on control object model state machine behavior in IEC 61850. The realization significance and the method of building model of control object state machine behavior are also analyzed; combining with behavior criterion of substation switching operation and application demands of access control based on Ethernet, as well as the characteristics of multi-user visiting multi-object simultaneously in access operation, this paper proposes the implementation model of real time and multi-task embedded kernel of control object state machine behavior.(4) By analyzing application area and multi-task management ofμC/OS-Ⅱoperating system, a implementation method of software for enhanced security state machine of SBO based on operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱis introduced, and its feasibility of designing and implementation in engineering is analyzed through a practical example .
