| China is the major country of consumption and production of wheelchairs.So it is a common concerned topic about how to control the quality,risks,production,consumption,supervision of wheelchairs that receives great attention from all parties.According to national standard provisions,static strength of wheelchairs is one of the key performance indicators that must be checked.The subject research directs at the automatic equipment for detecting static strength of wheelchairs and tackles problems of less accuracy,low efficiency and great labor intensity of artificial loading;therefore,the subject has great value of application.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Developed a PC upper computer monitoring and data processing,implementation of logic and load-time closed-loop control by lower PLC system and using Modbus protocol to achieve the upper and lower computer communication test system program,and on this basis,completed the hardware selection and system integration design;(2)Using the WinProadderadder programming tool software to design the loading force PID closed-loop control program,the test machine logic control program,and the Modbus slave address and communication configuration are planned;(3)Using LabVIEW to develop the upper computer UI interface,Modbus communication module and data acquisition and analysis module design.The test system can realize the automatic generation of static load signal,the data exchange of the lower computer and the automation of the test flow;Finally,through the adjustment of the accuracy of the test system and the setting of the closed-loop control control parameters of the loading force,the closed-loop control of the static force load is achieved and the performance requirements meet the design requirements.In the overall measurement and control system test results show that the host software and system functions fully meet the national standard test requirements.At present,the product has been put into use,the effect is good. |
