The communication of the emergency command system becomes rather important due to the requirement of the of the electric power emergency repair.Especially through the actual combats of urgent repair for the typhoon recently,the request of the emergency communication becomes higher,thus people need a dependable command system to unified command and communicate with each other.Using 4G network as a way of communication,we can build up our own 4G network and the comprehensive urgent communication command system so that we could still make voice and video transmission possible even if the public network(China Mobile,Telecom,Unicom)is cut off.And we could also satisfy the emergency repair,emergency practice,emergency dispatching and other activities,and provide a new way of communication for the emergency rescue personnel at the same time.The 4G technique,as the upgrade of the 3G,realizes a higher speed network transmission and a more scientific,humanized,capable upgrade system and this will sure become the main stream and the develop tendency of the mobile communication in the future years.Through study the application of building up our own 4G power transmission emergency command system,we can put forward the application scheme of the electronic transmission command cars and analyze the communication possibility of the 4G network in power emergency.This system according to the repair requirements for communication and communication of the advantages of 4G emergency power,through the rational allocation of mobile 4G equipment is advanced,the scheme,and installed in three different vehicles,set up a set of wireless private network based on 4G mobile network,as one of the two auxiliary way that is,to a base station as the center,two more flexibly,in different regional network,extend the signal coverage,and implementation of audio and video,data interoperability.In addition,the existing internal optical fiber network of the power grid is used as a private channel to access the area at last to realize inter regional remote signal transmission,and no blind spot communication is realized in the electric power emergency repair,thereby greatly improving the efficiency of emergency repair.I n extreme cases,the optical fiber network is interrupted and satellite signals are used as an alternate channel to ensure that no communication is lost in any case.Through many tests and improvements,the communication system can achieve the desired function and enter the practical stage.
