In recent years,the fast recovery of power system has become the key factor for reducing various kinds of loss when facing emergency situations caused by unexpected events or natural disasters.The emergency reaction time becomes longer due to difficulties like information communication and resource distribution,which results in longer outage time and more property loss,which requires that the emergency command system shall be fast in time response and large in number of coverage objects.Efficient and stable emergency command platform has become important auxiliary decision-making system for meeting this demand.Inner Mongolia power network starts from Alxa League in the west and goes to Xilin Gol League in the east,covering vast area.One set of efficient and stable emergency command system is established to provide the command staff with audio and video information about the failure site and substations,real-time operation information of the power network and various kinds of auxiliary decision-making information;besides,emergency command system is employed to command the power network scheduling,coordinate emergency teams and call different kinds of resources to take part in the whole process of emergency handling so as to provide support for power network safety.The emergency command system of Inner Mongolia Power Corporation is taken as the research object in this paper,Under the circumstance that the status quo of Inner Mongolia power network is fully considered and on the basis of available system,in-depth analysis is conducted from such three aspects like center avenue environment,basic support system and application system,overall design solution for emergency command system of Inner Mongolia Power Corporation is proposed,and functions of the as-built system is introduced.The test and application show that this system can provide strong support for commanding and decision making during emergency repair by efficient data integration and function integration and provide good assistance for commanding and management during daily production.The system building and application enhance the capability of the emergency command center of the corporation headquarters to fast integrate and judge various aspects of power network information and provide more efficient and stable production office environment for conducting different sorts of production and operation activities.
