Research On The Tactics Of The Differences Juxtaposition In The Renovation Of Old Buildings

Along with our country city changes a process to develop,urban construction scale and spatial scale is expanding rapidly and the development of the transformation and renovation of old buildings as the focus of the construction project has become a major measure to save social resources and protect the building environment.Architect Tadao Ando said that the true sense of a city is the old and new coexistence,history and present blend with each other,in order to see a better future,in the “Tadao Ando Autobiography”.Because of their unique historical culture,social emotion and architectural art value,the old buildings are paid more and more attention,the idea of rebuilding and reusing old buildings has been expanding all over the world,and people's understanding of the depth and breadth of the transformation of old buildings,including the concept of protection and transformation,the transformation of technical and means of the transformation also have a new attempt and upgrade.Although the western countries have made a great progress in the concept and technology of the old building renovation,and accumulated a lot of practical experience,in our country,the old building reconstruction is still facing many problems and puzzles.The conflict between the new and the old,the collision and restriction between history and the modern are the focus of the dispute and the eternal subject in the field of the reconstruction and expansion of old buildings.This paper attempts to start with the relationship theory between the new and the old,focuses on the modeling and design principles of the "difference" in the transformation of old buildings,based on the theory of “Authenticity” and “The Spirit of the Space”,and explain the positive significance of the difference juxtaposition in the renovation of old buildings,meanwhile through the analysis of the typical cases of the differences between domestic and foreign,this paper highlights the differences between the difference juxtaposition design methods.Difference juxtaposition design methods emphasize different juxtaposed structure style elements or a combination of homogeneous elements through different forms are combined into a whole new style structure,through comparing two different structure styles,or emphasize the reverse conflict contradictions and differences,the formation of visual impact,or focus on integration,expression and highlighting the continuation of visual order the characteristics of the times,historical value and unique places off the old building.
