With the rapid development of industrial buildings,the controlling of environmental and energy consumption problems has become increasingly prominent,which makes energy conservation work urgent.This paper studies the energy consumption influencing factors and energy saving measures of the petrochemical industrial buildings,which includes high ventilating rate industrial buildings with heating system and low ventilating rate fully closed industrial buildings with air conditioning system.The applicability and problems of simplified energy consumption calculation method in industrial building is analyzed.Building load influencing factors are obtained by the analysis of simplified energy consumption calculation method of Bin method,and the impact of factors on industrial building load and energy consumption is analysed by numerical simulation and simplified energy consumption calculation method of equivalent full load hours method.Taking high ventilating rate industrial buildings with heating system and low ventilating rate fully closed industrial buildings with air conditioning system for instance,this paper proposed energy saving measures of enclosure structure,ventilating,heating and air conditioning.The conclusions are as follows:when calculating the energy consumption of industrial buildings using Degree-Day method,Bin method,The effective heat transfer coefficient method,some required basic datas for calculation are still unavailable.Equivalent full load hours method has a certain applicability to the energy consumption of industrial buildings using air-conditioning system for cooling and heating or using boiler for heating.Change of industrial building load due to the variation of outdoor meteorological parameters,internal gains,air exchange rate,shape coefficient and window-wall ratio is analyzed by numerical simulation.It is concluded that internal gains and air exchange rate are the main factors that affect the load of industrial building,and shape coefficient is the secondary factor which affects the load,and the increasing of window-wall ratio has little effect on the building load change.The impact of different factors on industrial building energy consumption is analysed by numerical simulation and it is concluded that influence of each factor on air conditioning energy consumption is the same as that on load.On the basis of summarizing the effect of different factors on the annual load of the plant,the paper studies the optimization of building envelope thermal performance and ventilation,heating,air conditioning system of high ventilating rate industrial building under a typical workshop in petroleum chemical industry.Taking high ventilating rate industrial buildings with heating system of petrochemical industry for inatance,this paper analyzed the influence of envelope thermal performance,ventilation and heating system on the annual energy consumption.The heating consumption of the plant reduced by 9.61W·h/m2 and the saving rate was 5.6% after energy-saving reconstruction.Energy-saving effect is not obvious because the energy consumption in heating season is mainly composed of ventilation heating consumption,and the ratio of ventilation heating consumption to envelope heating consumption is 4.8:1.Through the simulation of the natural room temperature of the heating season and the non-heating season,the writer obtained the decrement of heating consumption for one month.In addition,according to the characteristic of low load operation of the plant heat source for most of the time,the workshop used two small capacity heat source equipment,which brought about the heat consumption reduction of 23.62kW·h/m2,fuel consumption reduction of 2.88kg/m2 and energy saving rate of 14.6%.Taking fully closed industrial buildings of cabinet of petrochemical industry for inatance,of which the main energy consumption is air conditioning system.This paper analyzed the influence of envelope thermal performance,air conditioning scheme and air conditioning equipment on the annual energy consumption.The energy saving rate achieves 14.4% after the optimization of envelope thermal performance,and the electricity consumption saving rate achieves 7.7% after the optimization of air conditioning scheme.
