4000 years ago,humans have begun to build the house with raw soil as wall material,later the emergence of adobe has reached a new height in retaining the human and natural attachment and form beauty.However,with the rapid development of economy,the means of production are increasingly rich,some disadvantages of raw soil material itself has become increasingly prominent,which has been replaced by other forms of building materials.In order to protect the heritage of architectural form,this paper from the soil curing to the Northern Shaanxi Jingbian loess and Xi'an loess were treated with modified soil as raw materials,developed a New mechanism of unburned brick and a Plain soil modified plaster slurry,and research the basic mechanical properties for two kinds of products,the research contents and results are as follows:(1)This paper makes clear Jing bian loess mineral composition,particle size distribution,the basic physical indexes of mechanical properties such as plasticity index,a variety of curing agents were selected to modify the soil,and with modified soil as raw material a new type of unfired adobe brick with a specification of 240 mm * 115 mm * 90 mm was developed.Through the test of the compressive strength of adobe brick,the curing effect of each component was compared and the curing mechanism was explored.In order to make clear the primary and secondary relation of different curing components to the strength of the block,the orthogonal test was designed,and obtained the optimal curing component,and measured the components under the adobe bricks 28 days of unconfined compressive strength of 6.74 Mpa,which compared with the traditional adobe has greatly improved.(2)Through the modification of Xi an loess,the development of a modified plaster mud,and mud on compressive properties,crack resistance,index of physical and mechanical properties and water stable bonding properties were studied,the results show that the mechanical properties of the mud than traditional plaster slurry have different degree the improvement.(3)Research on horizontal cyclic loading experiment based on two different modified mortar 4 new abode wall,the wall failure form of specimens,cracks development law,hysteretic curve and skeleton curve,ductility and energy dissipation capacity,calculation of bearing capacity are analyzed.The seismic level of adobe wall,show that this kind of model adobe wall has plastic deformation ability is good,can meet the requirements for 8 degree fortification.(4)Finally,the new research of adobe bricks and special mortar for masonry materials,design and construction of two demonstration houses of adobe masonry.In this paper,the design method and construction measures of demonstration house are analyzed and summarized.
