| The green building is seen as a transformation trend of construction industry in the future for its health and comfort,energy conservation and environmental protection,and Sustainability.Although the development of green building in our country has been vigorously promoted,it is not optimistic in general.In essence,insufficient of government's impetus and the market pull is the main reason for restricting the development of green building in China.Therefore,we carry out the research from the perspective of government to explore the influence of policy tools for the will of developers to develop green buildings and furthermore,to provide references for the green building policy of our country.The research mainly focuses on the will of developers to green buildings and uses structural equation method to measure the driving force of the policy factors to the will.Firstly,we identify driving factors of the will to green buildings for developers and build a structural equation model at the basis of a large number of literature.Next,data is collected through the questionnaire survey and then analyzed using AMOS22.0.The results show that mandatory policy,incentive policy,supporting services policy,and market factors all play a positive role in promoting developers to develop green buildings,but the degree is different and being incentive policy,market factors,mandatory policy and supporting services policy from high to low respectively.According to the criterion of Cohen J,we divide the mandatory policy,incentive policy and market factors into 1 level drivers and encourage technology innovation policy of supporting services policy into 3 level.The rest are classified as 2 level.In these policies,green building star rating policy has the greatest impact on development willingness,with minimal impact on green technology innovation policy.Based on the above results,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the development of our green buildings. |
