Research On Quality Supervision And Management Of Civil Air Defense Project Based On Big Data

Since the reform and opening up in 1978,China’s civil air defense construction has made great achievements.The area of civil air defense project has being increasing,the comprehensive protection system of civil air defense project initially formed.But the work of civil air defense project supervision and management still falls behind and supervision and management is insufficient.In this paper,g a city’s quality control of civil air defense project in the northwest is researched,for the of the poolaw enforcement environment,single means of quality supervision,insufficientsupervision and management of the Quality responsibility subject.This paperput forward some quality supervision measures based on big data of civil air defense projects:(1)To establish a big database platform for quality supervision and management of civil air defense projects,through the cooperation between the platform to do a good job of civil air defense project quality supervision data collection,application,sharing and services;(2)Promote the revision of laws and the implementation of law enforcement through the accumulation and analysis of big data;(3)The establishment of new data based on the new civil air defense project approval process reform and quality supervision and reporting methods;(4)The use of big data to establish civil air defense construction units,design units,supervision,construction and other responsibilities of the main credit management system,the establishment of technical personnel of the individual practice credit system,do all kinds of technical personnel professional and technical training and continuing education;(5)To show the development prospects of civil air defense equipment market,and guide social enterprises to participate in R & D and manufacturing of civil air defense equipment to promote technological upgrading by usingbig data analysis technology,analysis of the current problems of air defense equipment,through economic value analysis,I hope this research can provide some reference for the quality supervision and management of civil air defense projects in the future.
