Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Government Supervision On Construction Quality

With the development of China’s market economy,the construction industry continues to develop and expand,the quality and safety of construction projects has been widely concerned by all parties in society,and has become a hot topic in today’s society.Driven by the value of interests,the legal system is not perfect,the subjective and objective problems and contradictions caused by the parties involved in the construction and the government supervision department are still common,and there are still a series of related problems to be solved in the construction project.Based on the relevant theoretical concepts of total quality management,government rent-seeking and government regulation,this paper expounds the historical evolution and current situation of government supervision of construction project quality in China,and introduces in detail the problems arising from the supervision process,such as weak quality awareness of relevant responsibility subjects,excessive government quality supervision and management intervention,and laws and regulations,and corresponding solutions to the problems Because of the analysis,it reflects the necessity of government supervision under the market failure.It introduces the government rent-seeking caused by excessive intervention in the process of government supervision,and the relevant legal system is still not perfect.At the same time,the paper analyzes the management methods of construction projects in several developed countries,and obtains some valuable experiences.In view of the situation,problems and causes of government supervision of construction engineering quality in China,as well as the Enlightenment of relevant experience of foreign developed countries,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the current government supervision of construction engineering quality in China are obtained.
