Early Warning Management System For Construction Equipment And Component In Operation Phase Based On BIM

With the rapid development of information technology in the construction industry,the application value of BIM technology in the design and construction has been well reflected,but the research and application in the operation phase has not been developed.There are many problems in the traditional management of building equipment and components,how to achieve a good combination of the two,is one of the concern topics for the construction industry in recent years.Based on the study of domestic and foreign status of BIM in the operation status and the traditional equipment management,this paper on the basis of VB programming language,SQL Server as the backstage database,built the early-warning and Management system on Operation phase.Realize importing the early-warning information in the BIM model into the early-warning management system.The main research results are as follows:1.Studied the path of transmission of early-warning data from Revit to SQL Server.The paper analyzes the transmission of the early-warning information in Revit to SQL Server database,in exporting ODBC database and exporting report two ways.Solve the problems of data types,file formats and so on,found the optimal information path suitable for early-warning management system.2.Studied the method to realized early-warning function of early-warning management system.Analysis and selection of a large number of early-warning information,the format of the information,the transmission mode and the operation flow of the system are designed,achieved the inspection equipment information in the form of e-mail and SMS sent to the operation and maintenance management staffmailbox,mobile phone.3.Combined two-dimension code technology and operation management.Established management module for a large number of two-dimensional code and unified management.Add a lot of operation function for the modules,including create single record two-dimensional code,one key to generate all two-dimensional code,Two-dimensional code image export and so on.Combined with two-dimensional code technology to achieve efficient search,identification,information read,to achieve efficient facilities management and maintenance.4.Select a certain office negative floor's BIM model as the object,the feasibility and effectiveness of the system are verified by the actual operation of the model combined with the system.Based on the same idea,this paper puts forward the method of automatic control of the experimental progress in the construction site.Improve construction experiment.5.Through the summary of the above research,this paper points out the inadequacies of the article and points out the direction for further research.
