Scientific and technological innovation in Harbin city is located in the northwest of Harbin City,the north side of the west of Songbei.The city of Harbin science and technology innovation planning and distribution network construction will be the first step in the implementation of city planning science and technology innovation.In order to meet the development needs and promote grid and other infrastructure construction of harmonious development,especially to carry the scientific and technological innovation in Harbin city power special planning work.Distribution network optimal planning task is in have been identified in the distribution network power supply substation layout and its scope,the load distribution and size to meet future user capacity and the quality of electric energy,through the proposed to be selected lines were optimized,then determine the most cost-effective and can let the power loss minimum,but also can make the equipment operation and maintenance,time saving,labor saving,the most reasonable the most money in the construction scheme of distribution network.First through the investigation to understand the geographical location of the district planning in the understanding of the project,mainly industrial scale,nature of electricity,power supply requirements,stage construction,and the status of surrounding area power grid planning,including power,wiring,voltage grade,choose the correct load forecasting method.Calculates the load density of all kinds of users,according to the planning area of the user distribution to classify the users,using load density method for load forecasting,which contains two kinds of load forecasting results,and the analysis and comparison and verification,two kinds of load forecasting results.Secondly,considering the user with the boundary conditions of the electric load character,the surrounding grid and scientific technology principle,from the substation,line,cloud computing industry develop in the planning area of distribution network planning;through the short-circuit current,reactive power compensation,power flow calculation of comprehensive analysis,the final scientific and reasonable to solve the power demand of the user,set up a reasonable power supply scheme.Finally,the Songbei District of Harbin Science and technology innovation city distribution network planning scheme were the investment estimate and benefit analysis,and comparative analysis of two design schemes of investment,finally,demonstrate the planning economy,rationality and reliability,so that the planning tomeet the Harbin Science and technology innovation city future development of power supply and power supply reliability requirements.
