Research On Power Supply Of High Reliability Distribution Network In Central Urban Area

Power supply reliability index as an indicator of the comprehensive level of the construction,operation and management of electric power enterprises,it will be an important basis for the central city distribution network integration of the international advanced level.Through the network,equipment,technology and management of the central city area of the overall optimization and upgrading,but compared with the international advanced urban distribution network is still a big gap.The current distribution network is the guiding principle for the southern network or for the entire central city network,need to consider the general applicability of the standard is relatively low.To international standards,the city center to build a world-class power grid as the goal,the current standard is not enough,therefore it is necessary to learn from the advanced international experience in the construction and management of city distribution network,and put forward to meet the high reliability requirements of the power supply scheme of downtown areas.This study first through to the domestic and foreign advanced city distribution network of research,summed up the advantages of advanced city in terms of network structure,equipment selection,equipment maintenance and distribution automation,puts forward the construction goal and requirement of high reliability of distribution network.Then the safety research of typical target connection mode of HV distribution network,and the reliability and economy of selection of medium and low voltage power supply scheme,coordinated from the upper and lower level network point of view,put forward 3 kinds of typical power supply scheme of the city center,the typical power supply scheme including grid structure scheme,equipment scheme and scheme of distribution automation.According to the present situation of the construction of the central city grid,put forward the strategy of high reliability power supply scheme,selection of pilot area,combined with the typical scheme of power supply and power supply plan implementation strategies of regional power supply plan and optimize the effectiveness of the pilot.
