The low power supply reliability is still common in most rural areas in China,and the unplanned blackouts often occur,affecting the normal production and living of rural users.The reliability improvement of rural power grid is also an urgent problem for all power supply enterprises,especially county-level power supply enterprises.This paper introduces the research status of rural power distribution reliability at home and abroad,and the research status at home and abroad were reviewed,the reliability of the present situation of rural distribution network are summarized,and then combined with the power distribution system and its characteristics,the concept of reliability and reliability of power system is discussed,the main model and evaluation method for distribution system reliability to sort out the introduction.Considering the reliability of the diagnosis distribution network and enhance the practical very strong,according to the actual situation of power supply network,combined with a variety of factors that influence the reliability of the detailed analysis,and gives the lifting scheme and strategy,based on a power supply company as an example,the reliability of the rural power distribution network for the diagnosis,and enhance the analysis,and put forward specific strategies to improve the reasonable arrangement of power outages,contains live working and overall control etc..Then,taking a rural power distribution network as an example,the basic situation of the power grid is introduced,then the reliability of the grid is evaluated,and the weak link of the power grid is analyzed according to the reliability evaluation results.The power supply reliability of distribution network net acceptor is very large,mainly because of overload,no contact and lack of segmentation is the weak part of the power supply branch of 10 kV distribution network,then the cable is low and the same tower serious.Then,based on a power supply bureau of rural power distribution network as an example,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the power supply reliability of distribution network,the main structure of the power supply bureau that is still not perfect,the local power grid still exists "card neck" phenomenon,500 thousand volt station capacity rate lower than the low rate of ring network and distribution network high AVC,practical,old transformer on load voltage regulating 10 kV bus and the radius of the low voltage distribution network power line length,overload problems are influencing the reliability and the bottleneck;line contact point,single distribution transformer low voltage power without contact,andthe construction of live working is not enough and other factors are also on the reliability level of the power grid has great impact.The reliability of power supply is a systematic project.At last,from the point of view of overall control and management,this paper puts forward some management methods and strategies to improve the reliability of rural distribution network.In this paper,theoretical research can not only enrich the rural distribution network,but also helps to promote the reliability of a work,improve the level of power supply reliability management,promote the transformation to lean management direction,which has practical application value.
