With the continuous progress of China's urbanization,water supply network also has gradually expanded the scale,problems that reflect in the process of network operation more and more are taken seriously too,in this case,the concept of network block is made of and gradually applied.Although the block of the water pipe network has a significant effect in reducing the amount of leakage,there is no uniform and scientific method of dividing blocks,it may cause water quality and pressure problems after pipe network block transformation.In order to better reflecting the advantages of network block,a block of water supply pipe network were studied in this paper.On the basis of investigation and researching status of the water supply network,this paper systematic summarizes the status of network problems and highlights the urgent needs of the concept of network block.In the analysis of water supply network block typical cases,we derive the common experience and effectiveness,and it provides realistic basis and scientific foundation on giving the scientific network block partition method.In this paper offers three classification methods,such as according to the DMA,stress and management.Through detailed analysis of the three partitioning method,we consider the main purpose of the implementation of domestic water supply pipe network block is to facilitate flow measurement,and less considerations on pressure and water quality on the pipe network,thus not really realize the significance of the pipe network block.Accordingly,the paper proposes two ideas of pipe block and identifies specific steps of carrying on pipe network block transformation.In order to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of partition,this paper discusses the establishment of the pipe network hydraulic model to determine the parameters.The main parameters of the pipe network in the model creation process are the node flow and pipe flow resistance coefficient and they are separately analyzed and identified.Determine the steps of node flow analysis: structural analysis of water,water user nature,access to water users,making water law curve,determining the amount of measurable water and unaccounted water.we give two methods of pipe flow resistance coefficient after running for years: measurement method and the traditional calibration method,and measurement method gives four different methods.Give three network checking standards: AWWA,WRC Britain and the United States ECAC,and present checking procedure.A large residential areas in South bridge East has applied the idea of a block this article puts forward.By considering the idea in the pipe network planning stage,pipe network eventually is divided into four primary partitions and ten secondary partitions.After the partition of the pipe network,we establish a pipe network hydraulic model and discuss results.It shows that the network flow?pressure and water quality pipe all can meet the requirements after implementing partitions,and comparing network partitions before reaches the following conclusions: the pipe network overall pressure drops and pressure tends to balance between the various blocks;volume and flow in the inlet pipe basically meet regulatory requirements;water quality display with good water age.We analyze the increased costs after implementing network block and obtain the cost can get smaller in the planning stages for pipe network transformation of the block and the economic benefit can get the maximum.
