Track vehicles because of its special use,often in the sand,wading,farmland and a variety of rugged mountain road,the operating conditions are bad,complex,volatile and uncertain.With the scientific and technological progress and equipment is increasingly advanced,the durability requirements of parts is also increasing.Integrated transmission is one of the most important systems of tracked vehicles,and its performance directly affects the dynamic,economical and maneuverability of tracked vehicles.The durability test based on the load spectrum fatigue damage theory is close to the actual working condition of the vehicle,and the durability test results can more reflect the actual durability of the integrated transmission.In this paper,the application of driving load spectrum of tracked vehicle integrated transmission is studied.The fatigue theory corresponding to each typical load form is analyzed from the different types of loads.The S-N curve,the Palmgren-Miner theory,the Goodman formula and the pseudo-damage theory used as load transform are analyzed respectively.Based on these fatigue cumulative damage theories,the overall scheme used in the durability test of a track vehicle is proposed.The process of load spectrum test,load data acquisition road surface condition,load spectrum compilation process and bench test program are analyzed and elaborated in detail.According to the principle of tracked vehicle power system and walking system,MATLAB / Simulink software is used to build a model and dynamic system model of a crawler vehicle,and different levels of road surface spectrum are generated by MATLAB program.Tracker vehicle walking machine is built by Recurdyn software of FunctionBay system.The Recurdyn-Simulink simulation is used to obtain the time-torque-speed transmission load data of the three-shaft integrated transmission of the tracked vehicle under different driving conditions.The method of compiling the test load spectrum of the original driving load data is studied.This paper studies the principle of amplitude domain and frequency domain analysis and processing,preprocesses the data of time history of load spectrum,and uses the pseudo-damage as the intermediate quantity to compare the fatigue life of the integrated transmission before and after compression.Then,the rain flow counting process of the load signal applied to the loading test is completed,and the load spectrum of the typical experimental conditions is extrapolated to extrapolate the load in the whole life of the integrated transmission.After extrapolation,the rainstorm matrix is reconstructed back into the time domain load signal and compiled into a fatigue load spectrum that can be loaded at the test bed.Research on durability test loading technique.The scale scaling test system for the research of the durability test technology of a comprehensive transmission of a tracked vehicle is constructed,and the design and loading scheme are analyzed from the hardware selection and the host computer system respectively.In this paper,the loading parameters of the experimental test spectrum and the random test spectrum are adjusted,and the fatigue load test spectrum is well followed by the loading system.The technical route of the test loading is analyzed and validated,which paves the way for the loading of the high power test system.And finally completed the overall design and verification of the durability test technology of the tracked vehicle integrated transmission based on the driving load spectrum.
