Paver is the equipment in road construction that has the greatest impact on road leveling.But in the current paver leveling system,the design of the majority of controller is devided into two independent SISO control system by reducing coupling.In this paper,the traditional longitudinal and horizontal SISO controller is combined to simplify the controller structure and design a high-performance TITO controller to realize the high performance control of the paver leveling system.And to design a perfect laboratory paver for the object,the leveling control system experiments to verify.The main contents of this paper include the design of the laboratory paver leveling system,the mathematical modeling of the SISO leveling system and the TITO leveling system,the design simulation of the SISO leveling system and the controller of the TITO leveling system,and the laboratory paving Machine leveling control experiment.During the mathematical modeling of the paver leveling control system,the SISO longitudinal and slope leveling control systems and the TITO leveling control system are modeled separately.And the continuous transfer function of SISO longitudinal slope and transverse slope and TITO leveling system are discretized to calculate the pulse transfer function and the difference equation of each controlled object.According to the pulse transfer function of the object controlled by the paver leveling system,the SISO leveling system PID controller,the TITO leveling system PID controller and the TITO leveling system DRNN neural network PID controller and the SISO leveling system BP neural network PID controller.The four controllers of the paver leveling system are simulated by Matlab / Simulink,and the corresponding controller simulation curve is obtained.The experiment control program was written in C ++ programming language and experimented on a well-designed laboratory paver model.According to SISO system PID controller,TITO system PID controller,SISO system BP neural network PID controller and TITO system DRNN neural network PID controller,the four controllers are respectively leveling control system experiment,and the experimental results are graphically Form to show.Compared with the experimental graph and simulation graph,the control effect of TITO system PID controller and SISO system PID controller is similar,which proves the feasibility of TITO leveling control system.The control effect of TITO system DRNN neural network PID controller is similar to that of SITO system PIDcontroller.Compared with the control effect of the PID controller of the TISO system,the control effect of the PID controller of the SISO system is superior to that of the SISO system.It is proved that the control effect of the DRNN neural network PID control method of TITO leveling system is excellent.In TITO leveling system control.
