There is a vast maritime territory and abundant sea resources in China.Which will have some chances to go further at this field than others for these geographical advantages.A sober consideration to take good use of ocean energy is the development of wave energy,which is almost the hottest topic in area of renewable energy development by now.Wave energy can be combined with solar and wind energy for providing power for remote island and ocean exploitation.Based on the structural form of sliding-baffle type wave-cross power generation device,the simple model of this device was built in this paper.The model test was completed in the wave channel.The mechanical performance of wave power generation device of wave-cross type in different height of slope and different depth of water under incidence of positive regular wave was studied.The FLOW-3D software was adopted to do numerical simulation.The mechanical performance of slope under different wave conditions was concluded by numerical simulation indifferent height of wave,different period of wave and extreme working condition.And the relationship between slope degree and wave force subjected by wave-cross slope of sliding-baffle type wave-cross power generation device through the numerical simulation.The following conclusion can be derived by comparing the test result and simulated results: there exists sequence for subjected force of wave-cross slope in the process of wave incidence;the period stressed value of slope fluctuates in a certain range under wave effect;under wave effect,when wave conditions do not change,slope force is influenced by the height of slope or water depth,and the relationship between slope force and the height of slope or water depth is linear.The test result shows that the force of wave-cross slope decreases with the inclination angle of the slope increasing on the condition that the slope angle is between26° to 34°.The research results can be referenced to the design of the device.
