The Northeast Region(China)belongs to a severe cold region in climatic division,where heat supply in winter is the main cause for energy consumption.Wall insulation is a common and effective path for energy conservation of buildings,and R & D of wall insulation materials and thickness selection are important research contents for energy conservation of buildings.Increasing the thickness of exterior wall insulation layer,though reducing energy consumption to a certain degree,will enlarge the building construction cost.Thermal performance simulation software and energy consumption analog calculation software of buildings are combined in this paper to study and compare exterior wall insulation systems in Fushun.Based on a residential building in Fushun City,a case model of severe cold regions is established,and ANSYS simulation software is used to study temperature and heat flow rate features at different parts of the exterior wall during the heat supply period.Based on the model of a kindergarten and a residential building in FuShun,the energy consumption characteristic of building is calculated by using the building energy simulation software DeST and the thermal insulation effect of different heat preservation systems in cold regions are Compared.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)According to the conclusion of the external wall insulation system,it shows that in severe cold regions both the external thermal insulation board system and external thermal insulation mortar system have the best thermal insulation effect,which can overcome some shortcomings of other insulation systems,and can be vigorously promoted and applied in cold regions.(2)If it uses the external thermal insulation board system or external thermal insulation mortar system,the frame-shear wall structure and frame construction have little impact on the energy-saving effect of the external thermal insulation.The thermal insulation property of the external wall is mainly affected by the size of the thermal bridge area.(3)For the selection of the self-insulation materials of the external wall,the thermal insulation performance of the B04 aerated concrete block is better than the energy-saving sintering shale hollow brick and ceramisite concrete hollow brick,which can be widely used in this area.In the severe cold region,if it adopts the external thermal insulation mortar system,when the B04 aerated concrete block is used in the thickness not less than 300 mm,the thermal parameters of wall comply with the standard of design. |
