Design Of Ticket Issuing Unit In Automatic Fare Collection System

With the implementation of the policy of national urbanization,the urban traffic flow is increasing,and the rail transit system with strong carrying capacity will be developed rapidly and widely used.At the same time,the rapid development of science and technology,such as computer,Internet,embedded system,so the intelligent degree of rail transit equipment system has been greatly improved.The vending machine is currently the most widely used AFC(Automatic Fare,Collection,AFC)is one of the important terminal equipment system.This study from the practical application point of view,the development of an intelligent terminal equipment,the AFC system project as the background,intends to focus on the invoice module,on the ticket vending machine(Ticket Vending Machine,TVM)of the software system,the function of automatic vending machine more perfect,more adapt to the construction of rail traffic demand.Firstly,this paper introduces the background of the project and explains the key problems to be solved.Describes the overall framework and working principle of the automatic fare collection system,describes the RF IC card reader,analysis of the mechanical structure and working process of automatic vending machine.Then from the two aspects of hardware and software design,details of how to achieve ticket vending machine function.The hardware includes ARM processor,ID chip electronic ballot boxes suitable,and the rational design of the electromagnet motor,drive circuit,a serial communication with PC based protocol,using RS232 serial communication with the host,equipped with suitable sensors and the corresponding interface circuit,detection of the state;the software includes the micro operating system.Reasonable selection of C/OS-II,the mechanism of the reasonable design task,to develop a variety of communication protocols,the signal control of each component operation completed the sale of tickets.Finally,the system is tested and analyzed by the PC simulation of the upper computer.The test results show that the system can be improved in order to meet the requirements of customers.
