The Design And Development Of The Chip Ticket Carousel Selling Device

The subway is welcomed by many cities in China due to its high safety factor,environmental protection,large passenger capacity,and accurate running time.The Automatic Fare Collection(AFC)system plays an important role in the operation of the subway,and can realize automatic ticket selling,ticket checking,toll collection and statistics.The Ticket Vending Machine(TVM)is an important terminal device of the AFC system,and its main function is to guide passengers to complete self-service ticket purchase.In TVM,the ticket issuing device is the core module and its working performance and stability have a crucial influence on the working of TVM.This article is based on the project of the token issuing device in Nanjing Metro TVM.Firstly,the functional requirements and related technical requirements are analyzed,and a new mechanical system scheme is proposed to solve the problems of the existing issuing device.Secondly,the structure design of the issuing device is completed,and Finite State Machine(FSM)is used to describe the resetting,clearing,and issuing commands.Thirdly,the design and development of the hardware and software of the control system were completed.The hardware aspect includes the schematic design and PCB(Printed Circuit Board)design of each module of the control system.On the software side,the object-oriented programming and layered architecture ideas are used to complete the program framework.Besides,this article designs a reliable and efficient serial communication protocol and proposes a method for using Flash to store ticket data.Lastly,functional tests,performance tests,and abnormal tests are performed on the issuing device.The test results show that the issuing device designed and developed in this paper can meet the basic functional requirements and achieve the expected performance indicators.
