Research And Development Of The Rapid Transit Automatic Ticket Gate Control System

This paper mainly aims at the automatic ticket checking machine in the bus rapid transit system,carries on the research and the development to its control system.Bus Rapid Transit(BRT)is a kind of new public transport system between rail transit and traditional public transportation.It is also called "subway on the ground".In our country,there were more than 30 cities already have the BRT system and it has a good momentum of development.As a key equipment in BRT system,the development of automatic ticket checking machine has a direct impact on the promotion of BRT system.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research and development on the automatic ticket checking machine.This paper first according to the real use of needs and environment of the automatic ticket checking machine in the BRT system,then determine the type of automatic ticket machines and ticket payment methods and design a overall control system solutions.Then,according to the control scheme,the hardware circuit design and the control program writing of the coin processing module,the stored value card payment module,the movement control module and the IO control module are completed in turn using the modular design idea-Then design a layered software architecture for the application software of the automatic ticketing machine,using design patterns and other technologies completed the all functional modules in each layer.In addition,this paper also design and develop a common serial communication protocol and a control program architecture for the control system.Finally,the control system of automatic ticket checking machine is tested on the the mechanical structure.The results show that the control system meets the expected design goal and has certain practical value.At the same time,some shortcomings of the control system and the need to improve the control system has been explained in order to privide some help for the future research in this fields.
