General Hospital Clinic Physical Environment Present Situation And The Optimization Design Research

Hospital outpatient departments indoor physical environment conditions will directlyaffect to the doctor and the patient’s treatment, but due to the lack of research at home andabroad for the design techniques of the physical environment of the hospital outpatientdepartment, paid insufficient attention to, and the lack of targeted field research, resulting inthe out-patient department architectural design, there are some flaws in the current situationhighlights the importance of the status of the out-patient department building and designresearch. In this context, the paper relies on the school teacher Glenn Beijing ScienceFoundation, building the physical environment of the out-patient department of theInvestigation and Research of decency.In this thesis, the following three parts:The first part is the foundation for early part of the article, the first chapter. Mainlydiscusses the research background, research purpose and meaning, and describes the researchstatus quo at home and abroad in the field of out-patient department of the research method,to finalize the framework of this study.Second, third, fourth, five chapters is the second part of this article, which is the thesisof the theory of the body part. The second chapter begins with the object of study of thearticle defines, this article explains the various effects of the three indicators of the physicalenvironment for doctors and patients physical environment, summed up the importance ofusers and analyze its impact kinds of design factors to identify possible design points from thestudy of the theory and literature, and concluded that China has a specification of the thermalenvironment of sound and light standards, as preliminary data comparison basis points.Chapter done a lot of the physical environment of the out-patient department of thequestionnaire relates to the out-patient department that may exist in a variety of physicalenvironmental conditions, clear the doctor-patient satisfaction with the physical environmentof the out-patient department. Chapter outpatient departments of major hospitals in Beijing,the out-patient department of the thermal environment of sound and light with the field test,the objective level describes the out-patient department of the physical state of theenvironment, and pointed out the inadequacies of analysis its causes.
