| As an inevitable product of the stock era,urban renewal contains huge space and opportunities.The traditional fossil-fuel power station has problems such as mixed environmental layout,serious environmental pollution and poor environmental comfort.Moreover,the building technology at that time was backward and the energy conservation standards were imperfect,resulting in poor building performance.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to improve the current situation of fossil-fuel power station and reasonably improve the quality of power plants.This thesis focuses on the comprehensive quality improvement of the plant environment and the plant office building in the existing fossil-fuel power station,so as to improve its function,beauty,green and other aspects,achieve the goal of improving the plant environment quality and office quality,and promote the transformation of old power plants to beautiful power plants in the context of urban renewal in China.This thesis first analyzes the unique environment of fossil-fuel power station,summarizes the current situation of fossil-fuel power station,and provides a basis for the quality improvement of fossil-fuel power station through field research and field measurement of fossil-fuel power station in different regions.Based on a large number of relevant cases and transformation strategies,after organizing and analyzing the cases,relevant strategies for improving the comprehensive quality of existing power plants are identified,and the application of these strategies is discussed and analyzed.Considering that the comprehensive quality of existing buildings is a combination of three dimensions: functionality,location,and comfort,strategies for improving the quality of outdoor space in the factory area are proposed from three aspects: functional restoration,environmental beautification,and green sustainability;At the level of office building space in power plants,strategies for improving building quality are proposed from three aspects: functional space,form aesthetics,and environmental comfort.Through simulation analysis of building sound insulation,lighting,and energy consumption,the optimal range of variables for improving building performance is found,providing data support for building renovation and the implementation of specific measures.Based on the above research,combined with the comprehensive treatment practice of Ezhou fossil-fuel power station,and on the basis of field investigation and field measurement of the local climate,plant environment,and building status,the quality improvement design strategy for the outdoor space of the plant and the power plant office building is proposed.The main content is the renovation design of outdoor space from the aspects of traffic flow lines,functional facilities,color planning,site landscapes,etc.The renovation design of the power plant office building is carried out from the aspects of functional planes,morphological facades,and enclosure structures.With the help of simulation software and quantitative analysis methods,the performance improvement effect of the renovation strategy on the building is simulated,This proves that the renovated building has improved the acoustic and light environment,and meets the overall goal of 72% energy efficiency in public buildings.In order to provide some reference for fossil-fuel power station quality improvement strategy research. |
