Yining is located in Central Asia,the ancient Silk Road Transportation center,and was China West prosperous commercial port.Not only has a long history,profound culture,nationality and numerous,and pleasant environment,because of its distinct four seasons sunshine,rainfall more abundant climate,known as "A place with south-China-type scenery" and enjoy "flower city" reputation.After the exchange and collision of various cultures,it has created a unique Yining folk house,which attracts a large number of scholars to study its construction art and its overall protection.In contrast,the research on the climate adaptability of Yining modern residence is still in the blank.With the implementation of the western development and "One Belt,one Road" strategy,the economic and the people’s living standard has been greatly improved and the city construction has made considerable progress,the residents to improve the living environment is aslo increasingly urgent demand.However,city development continues to accelerate,the exchange is not only the earth dwelling gradually by the modern residential brick structure replaced,but also derived blind construction form,more problems in residential thermal environment is poor,high energy consumption and serious pollution.For these problems,it is necessary to discuss the ecological design strategy and the direction of sustainable development in the future.This paper takes the old city of Yining Kazan residence as the research object,based on meteorological data such as the literature,to analyze the climatic characteristics of the rigion,and use Weather Tool 2011 to analyze the climate characteristics,clear the object of study appropriate climate design strategy and development direction.Combined with present situation and characteristics of Yining residential research,describes the different design of traditional houses and modern houses in the three aspects of the courtyard space,construction monomer and detail,from the analysis climate adaptability of the dwellings in qualitative construction technique.In the quantitative test of indoor physical environment of Yining residential,it is found that the thermal stability and humidity control ability in the room is better than that of the modern dwelling;and in thermal performance testing of building envelope,the wall of modern houses heat transfer coefficient K= 1.68,and K= 0.82 with traditional houses.In the calculation of condensation test,it is known that there is no condensation in the envelopes of the traditional residential buildings,but the condensation in the modern dwellings appears.Therefore,we can determine the modern residential building thermal performance than the traditional residential difference from the above conclusion,to optimize the structure of modern residential building,not only can eliminate the condensation phenomenon inside the enclosure structure,it can achieve the purpose of saving energy.Through the test data in DeST software for two residential energy consumption simulation found that modern houses than traditional residential heating period accumulated high heat consumption of 51.5%.Therefore,according to the modern residential buildings in Yining,the energy saving measures,such as the orientation of residential buildings,the envelope structure,the area ratio of window to walls,and the architectural shading in modern residence.As follows: the region of South West 32.5 degrees can reduce the total building energy consumption in Yining;exterior wall and roof should use small coefficient of thermal conductivity of insulation materials,when the external wall thermal insulation material choice of EPS,the thickness of the insulation layer should be selected by 45 mm,calculated that the case does not exist within the envelope condensation phenomenon,when the roof XPS is selected,the thickness of the insulation layer should be 50mm;to increase south window wall ratio significantly reduce heating energy consumption of buildings,but increase the energy consumption of air conditioning,so we should reasonably control the ratio of window to wall.When the heat coefficient of the window is decreasing,the area of the south facing window can be increased to reduce the total energy consumption of the building;it is suggested to select the high shading coefficient of external windows,and choose the South levelvisor pick out the length of 0.5 ~ 1meters most conducive to energy conservation.In addition,in order to have a better development of modern dwellings,this paper also analyzes the residential ventilation,courtyard greening and new energy utilization etc,and puts forward some instructive suggestions for the sustainable development of modern residence in Yining area.
