China's economic development is facing energy challenges,the key to solving the problem is energy,health,rapid and sustainable development,renewable clean energy,hydropower provides C hina with unprecedented advantages and opportunities.This paper summarizes the development of hydropower in C hina in recent 50 years,This paper describes the current situation of hydropower development in C hina,introduces the main hydropower bases and their scale of development in C hina,as well as the main problems faced by C hina's hydropower development at this stage and the Countermeasures.In order to solve the most serious problem of water abandonment,the scientific and orderly development of hydropower in C hina can be carried out from the point of ensuring the optimal operation of the reservoir of hydropower stations.This paper starts with two aspects: model building and solving,optimizing scheduling model.The main contents are as follows:(1)The reservoir operation optimization model of cascade hydropower stations is established,On the premise of increasing the utilization ratio of water resources and reducing the water storage capacity of hydropower stations.The objective function is to generate the highest water head and the minimum water withdrawal amount.The objective function is the storage capacity,the water balance requirement,the power generation demand and the output demand as the constraint conditions(2)The effect of step size on the whole algorithm is explored.The test results show that when the step size is the random number which obeys the normal distribution,the convergence of the algorithm is the best,and the result of the optimization is relatively accurate.(3)In the standard cuckoo algorithm,the step size is fixed,and it is lack of self adaptability.Moreover,the accumulation of too many points on the boundary is not conducive to the convergence of the algorithm.To improve the standard cuckoo algorithm,the boundary variation principle and variable step size strategy are introduced into the standard cuckoo algorithm,and the adaptive cuckoo algorithm(ACS)is obtained.According to the test function,the test results show that ACS reduces the number of iterations compared with CS,and the result is closer to the global optimal solution.(4)A novel cuckoo algorithm based on simulated annealing(CS-SA)is proposed.The algorithm uses Levi flight mode as an update solution,and local optimal solution annealing.By testing the function verification,the convergence speed of CS-SA is much higher than that of the traditional cuckoo algorithm,especially for the solution of the multidimensional objective function.(5)The optimal reservoir operation model of hydropower station established in this paper is used in the reservoir operation of a cascade hydropower station in Xinjiang.The feasibility of the model is proved by an example,and it is of some reference value for solving the optimal operation model of Hydropower Station Reservoir.
