Signal control is one of the core work of traffic management and also the most direct way to avoid the traffic jam.The traffic police in China provides multiple signal control plans based on the variation regulation of the traffic flow,Day's variation regulation of the traffic flow,however,is no longer strong because of the diverstified travel purpose of city residents,short-term improper signal control may lead traffic congestion of the crossroad for a long time.In order to solve the new signal control problem appeared in China city,‘The work plan for promoting the level of intelligence of the signal in city road issued by The Traffic Management Bureau of Ministry of Public Security in June 2016,Making demands for the online and unified of the traffic signal control machine,more intelligent and fined of setting signal phase,the coordination of the primary and secondary arterial intersections signal control.In view of the above requirements,this article will study the model,method and system implementation of the arterial dynamic coordinated control with the help of Multi-Agent Technology of traffic control.Firstly,Describing the control principle,the key parameters,the evaluation index and the method of the scheme generation of the arterial coordinated control and the dynamic signal control,which are the main signal control method for dynamic signal control of the arterial road.As the carrier of dynamic signal timing,the concept,technology and the common system strcture of the agent for traffic signal control are also introduced.Then,Definiting the constitution and the structure of the phase in adaptive control of key crossroad under the framework of the arterial coordinated control theory,allocating the dynamic time group of the adjacent variable phases by fuzzy rule set optimized by genetic alforithm.These two steps contribute method for adaptive control of key crossroad of the arterial.The adaptive control system on account of the agent technology is also established at the same time.Furthermore,Establishing the arterial dynamic coordinated control model based on the MULTIBAND model optimized by considering the adaptive control for key crossroad and the characteristic of the exit traffic for arterial.The arterial dynamic coordinated control method is presented by choosing the dynamic arterial coordinated control models online based on the difference bewteen the average speed of the road connecting to the key crossroad and the speed of the greenwave.The dynamic arterial coordination control system of master-slave structure is built by the Multi-Agent technology at the same time.Finally,Simulating and evaluating the signal strategy based on the method for the arterial coordinated dynamic control and the MULTIBAND model.Comparing to the MULTIBAND model,Method related in this article show us its' reliable control ability in which achieves better control effect by the average and the variation tendency of the evaluation result.
