Research On Attention Quality's Impact On Pilot Operation

The effective achievement of aircraft operation is influenced by attention quality,which is closely related to flight safety.It is not only possible to fully understand the current attention quality of the pilots,to provide data support for the selection of formal pilots,but also to provide reference for the aviation college to improve the quality of the flight attendants and improve the training programs.Attention quality is divided into four categories in Psychology: attention stability,attention distribution,attention breadth and attention transfer.Through the study of pilots' attention quality at the present stage,it is found that the current researches are focused on the study of pilots' attention distribution and attention breadth.Therefore,this paper is mainly began from the attention stability and attention transfer,learned from the current application of other areas of the two test methods.Autonomous development tool is used to test the pilot.The first step is to summarize the theoretical basis and test methods of four kinds of attention quality which affect the flight operation.The relationship between the four kinds of attention quality and flight operation is compared,the four attention quality are weighed by the least squares method.The second step,the evaluation methods of attention stability and attention transfer applied to other areas are analyzed.Test method of attention stability and attention transfer based on neurophysiological characteristics is focused on improving,according to signal detection theory,basic statistical principles and work curve analyze,the measurement parameters of attention stability and attention transfer is extracted,and the validity of the parameters is verified by Hurst exponent and mathematical statistics.The third step,an airline pilots are tested by the current widespread test method of attention distribution and attention breadth.Finally,the main factors influencing the attention quality of the pilots are analyzed from the four aspects leading to the human error,and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward to the possible improper attention of the pilots.Briefly,taking the attention quality of pilots as the research object,and focusing on self-developed neural system characteristics to test attention stability and attention transfer,through the results indicators: the work amount,reaction time,error rate to provide an objective test method.At the same time put forward the attention quality measures for pilots.It will have a promoting role in evaluatingpsychological quality of pilots.
