| In recent years,the flight training business of commercial test pilots of China Flight Test Research Institute has been growing,and the management requirements for flight training have been put forward higher requirements.In particular,how to optimize the risk management scheme of flight training for commercial test pilots,so as to ensure the safe and efficient operation of flight training,is one of the important work of the Research Institute at present.The flight training of commercial test pilots has the characteristics of long period and complex content,which leads to more risk factors in the process of flight training risk management and brings difficulties to risk management.At present,the risk management plan of CFTE in flight training risk management of commercial test pilots is old,and the risk identification plan of IATA is still adopted,which can’t identify the risk elements and environment and human-computer interaction risk elements in the implementation of flight training management system,resulting in the incompleteness of risk management system itself.At the same time,the risk assessment method based on historical data statistics and performance index statistics has its own logic loopholes,and the true probability and harm degree of risk elements will be covered by the incompleteness of historical data.It can be seen that if the existing risk management scheme for flight training of commercial test pilots of China Flight Test Research Institute is not optimized,it will inevitably lead to the omission of risk elements and the distortion of risk hazard prediction in the process of flight training.In this paper,under the existing risk management system,a new risk management optimization scheme is proposed to make up the existing risk management loopholes,improve the comprehensiveness of risk identification and scientific objectivity of risk assessment in flight training,so as to improve the ability of risk management in flight training,reduce risk accidents and improve the safety of flight training for commercial pilots,.In this paper,aiming at the above problems of risk management of flight training for commercial test pilots in China Flight Test Research Institute,the risk factors of flight training for commercial test pilots are constructed by analyzing flight training process and Delphi method.Through the construction of factor index system,a set of scientific andcomplete risk identification system is provided for risk identification.Based on the three dimensions of risk occurrence,risk harmfulness and risk identification difficulty,a multi-dimensional risk assessment method is established based on the basic idea of multi-dimensional coordinate distance annotation,and a risk management and control scheme design based on multi-dimensional assessment is proposed.Finally,this paper uses the established risk index system and evaluation scheme to evaluate the risk of flight training of commercial test pilots in China Flight Test Research Institute,and on the basis of the evaluation,puts forward specific suggestions for optimizing the risk management scheme.Through the research results of this paper,the method of risk identification of flight training for commercial test pilots is optimized,and the system implementation risk and human-computer interaction risk in the flight training process are effectively identified,and the assessment method based on multi-dimensional risk analysis is established,which improves the scientificity and systematization of risk assessment process.Therefore,an effective risk management and control scheme is established to provide certain guidance for the risk management of flight training for commercial test pilots,to ensure that flight training is carried out more safely and to improve the safety of flight training for commercial test pilots. |
