In recent years,with the increase of air traffic flow,controllers have to bear more workload,which lead to further fatigue.However,controllers fatigue is an important factor to result in control errors,which threat to the aviation safety.Therefore,the study is of great importance for the measurement of controllers fatigue in the area of aviation safety.Measurement methods of fatigue are classified at home and abroad.In the comparison to advantages and disadvantages of different measurement methods of fatigue,this paper proposes the embedded measurement method research of controllers fatigue risk and considers the reaction time ?t,controllers response to flight crew in ground-air communication,as evidence of controllers fatigue on the basis of the actual control environment.First of all,operation procedures and characteristics of controllers are analyzed and summarized in control unit.Then,the voice calls is exported from the ground-air communication recorder.Finally,controllers' reaction time is captured by an audio capture software.Meanwhile,controllers are required to fill in NASA-TLX scale on shift clearance,for the subsequent analysis between reaction time and fatigue.Second,in combination with controllers' subjective fatigue value,it analyzes controllers' fatigue and screens index of characterization of fatigue.Finally,it analyses reaction time ?t and establishes fatigue risk measurement model of controllers based on the distribution characteristics of reaction time.The measurement model of controllers fatigue is established on the basis of the actual run data,which is a embedded measurement method rather than separately measurement for controllers from the actual operating environment.Furthermore,this measurement method can be embedded into the controller's practical work.So this embedded of measurement method not only can make measurement results real reliable by actual situation,but also can assess controllers fatigue in time.
