| The airport pavement is the key guarantee facility to ensure the safe operation of civil aviation and aircraft.The technical state of the road is the key to determine the performances of the pavement.Therefore,it is important to ensure that the good condition of the airport pavement is safe and reliable for the operation of the airport.However,under the action of frequent high loads of aircraft,as well as various physical and chemical factors in the atmospheric environment,the airport pavement is prone to be damaging,especially the local damage is frequent.Plate corner damage is the most common for the local damage of cement concrete pavement,such as missing edge angle,corner rupture or cracking,flake of the surface near the corners and so on.Once the pavement has the local damage,it will directly threaten the safety of the aircraft take off and land,so we have to be repaired it as soon as possible.At the same time,for most large and medium-sized airports,it is often difficult to provide enough time to complete the repaired work,usually only a short time to implementation the short-term repair of non-stop construction,therefore,its necessary to use the fast and reliable repair technology to ensure the effect of the repair.In order to realize the rapid repair of the local damage of the cement concrete pavement plate,the mechanical behavior analysis model of the local embedded prefabricated repair structure under the load of the aircraft is constructed aimed at the characteristics of the force before and after the local repair,as well as the quick repair and durability requirements.The mechanical response parameters of the restoration structure were analyzed by finite element software.Based on the experimental study on the scale of the specimen,the influence of the shape and the position of the different restorations on the mechanical response parameters were discussed.The optimization suggestions of local repair structural parameters under different damage shapes and sizes are proposed.Based on the field repair test of airport pavement repair test,the local embedded repairing process of local breakage is discussed,and the recommended technology and method of quick repair are put forward.Theoretical analysis and experimental studies show that,when using partially embedded prosthesis to quickly repair the plate angle,you can use the embedded plate at the corner of the rectangular plate,and the embedded side in the oblique near the middle of the triangularplate also can be used.Through the comparative analysis of different shapes of plate angle restorations,it is found that the effect of rectangular repair is the best.Therefore,in the corner of the repair process should adopt rectangular repair.When using partially embedded prosthesis to quickly repair the edge of the board,the repaired plate is best to use isosceles triangle,and take the triangle angle as the embedded end,the original road surface thickness is not less than 25 cm.In order to avoid damage to the old road surface and the adjacent road surface,it is recommended to use the method of straight cutting after drilling to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the removal surface in the process of eliminating broken pavement.Different cutting depth should have a different feed speed,so it should be selected in accordance with the cutting depth in the concrete cutting process.When the power is constant,the use of small cutting depth,large feed speed can get a higher operating productivity. |
