In order to solve the environmental problems existing in the industrial parks and to realize the transformation of the industrial parks and the sustainable development of regional economy,since 2000 China has vigorously carried out eco-industrial park construction.The core of the eco-industrial park is to build the industrial symbiosis system,is to achieve a win-win environment for sustainable development model.In order to enhance the efficient use of energy resources in the industrial park,this paper has been based on the Dutch Ministry of science and technology of international cooperation in science and technology project “Key Technology Platform Smart Energy Industrial Park and Synergy Drive”(2015DFG62270).Researched from the energy supply system optimization configuration and operation scheduling research,with a view to the wisdom of energy-saving industrial park planning and energy system performance to provide a reference.This paper firstly analyzed the shortcomings of the traditional industrial park energy system,mainly reflected in the energy use structure of traditional industrial parks is relatively simple,lacking of renewable energy use;the energy information of enterprises in the industrial park was closed,the opening degree of interconnection is not high.To overcome the shortcomings,based on the characteristics of industrial park energy types and user’s characteristics,the wisdom of energy-saving industrial park energy supply system network framework which combined of "ICT technology" and improve the "renewable energy" using was proposed.Then,according to the aspects of energy production,transmission,distribution,conversion,storage and consumption,involved the energy system equipment according to energy production module,energy conversion module and energy storage module,established the main equipment’s thermal characteristics model and cost analysis model.And the energy system in the operational aspects of the impact of the environment into economic indicators,with carbon tax to quantify,established the lowest annual average cost to optimize the objective function,established the industrial park energy supply system for planning and design and operation scheduling Optimize the calculation model.At the same time,the method of solving the optimization model is analyzed,and the improved differential evolution algorithm was used to solve the problem of mixed integer nonlinear programming(MINLP).Based on the Matlab software platform,the algorithm is written.Finally,a case study of cloud computing industrial park in an industrial park in Chongqing is taken as an example.Based on the current energy supply system configuration of cloud computing industrial park,the optimal scheduling strategy and energy saving effect of energy supply system were analyzed by the optimization method proposed in this paper.This paper analyzes the energy consumption of the existing energy supply system and the conventional energy supply system under the optimal operation mode.Combined with the environmental impact and economic analysis,the reasonable pricing interval of the waste heat steam in the thermal power plant energy enterprises in the industrial park is given.
