As a kind of public building,campus construction is also a large energy consumption,involving a wide range,large quantity,various forms,and has great potential in energy conservation.In addition,with the development of building energy saving in China,the energy saving technology of the existing buildings is becoming more and more mature,and the energy saving calculation methods corresponding to the energy-saving retrofit measures are becoming more and more perfect.However,the existing technical standards for energy conservation are basic,covering a wide range and weakly operable.Therefore,this paper puts forward the energy-saving certification system for campus building.Firstly,in this paper,the data reliability of the energy consumption monitoring platform is verified by sampling test,based on which,the energy consumption of the buildings in different climatic zones and the same climatic zone are analyzed statistically.The results show that the energy consumption of the campus is affected by the climatic zone,campus size,the number of students and so on.Therefore,specific statistical analysis of different types of campus buildings is needed when conducting energy-saving retrofit.In particular,this paper collects the monthly,daily,and hourly data of teaching buildings,complex buildings,libraries and administrative buildings,and the statistic shows that there are large energy-saving potential in lighting,air conditioning and non-use time of buildings.And the energy consumption of lighting presents a certain seasonal.Secondly,for the energy-saving potential of campus buildings,put forward the energy-saving retrofit methods,including lighting,intelligent control,chillers,pumps and VRV air conditioning.And according to the specific energy-saving measures to select and optimize the corresponding energy-saving calculation methods.In the energy-saving calculation,according to the characteristics and change of various types of buildings,the problem of difficult to determine the baseline energy consumption is solved.In particular,for the energy saving calculation method of lamp replacement,the lingting rate calculation menthod is put forward according to the satistics of the model,quantity and rated power of the lighting fixture,and the sampling test of lamp power.In addition,based on the energy consumption characteristics of non-use time,the method of calculating energy-saving of intelligent control is raised.Due to the differences in the level of energy consumption of campus buildings,especially the actual situation of incomplete energy consumption data(no historical data,no sub-monitoring data,etc.),this article has compiled the existing energy saving certification methods and classifies them into three categories according to whether there are energy bills in the building,whether there is energy consumption monitoring data,whether there are sub-monitoring data and monitoring time of the data for more than one year.And put forward the corresponding energy-saving authentication method and implementation steps for energy-saving retrofit in campus buildings.Finally,this paper applies the above-mentioned energy-saving certification system to practical engineering cases,and carries on the energy-saving calculation for different types of campus buildings,different situations of energy consumption data and different energy-saving measures.And sampling test the illumination to ensure the quality of light environment after replacing the lamp. |
