Recently,with the development of economy,our surrounding environment is becoming increasingly complex,container transportation is becoming more and more important.In the traditional container transport process,people load containers upon the trailers by some crane or forklift firstly,and after that,the containers were transported to destination,then people unload containers from trailers with some lifting equipment again,transportation tasks were completed finally.This mode of transport has high maturity and strong transport capacity,however,while containers need to be loaded or unloaded in some small or temporary places or transported in some rugged field,this mode of transport is difficult to meet the requirements.In light of this situation,this paper presents a kind of container transport vehicle that has self loading and unloading function,with the software of Solidworks,ABAQUS,ADAMS and AMESim,analysis its structural strength distribution and dynamic and static characteristics of hydraulic system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the process requirement,the three-dimensional model of each part of the transport vehicle is established by using Solidworks.(2)The 3D model of the vehicle is imported into ABAQUS,the statics analyses to the main stressed components of the vehicle under load conditions are carried on,the structure strength distribution of this vehicle is studied and optimized.(3)The 3D model of the vehicle is imported into ADAMS,the dynamic analyses to the vehicle under the lift condition are carried on,the dynamic characteristics of the structure are obtained,a foundation to the mechanical and hydraulic co-simulation is laid.(4)Combined with ADAMS,lift hydraulic system model of the vehicle in AMEsim is established,data connection between two software interfaces is built to enable data exchange,the mechanical and hydraulic co-simulation is established,the real-time mechanical and hydraulic co-simulation is made,its dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system are analyzed,the theoretical foundations of hydraulic system design and control strategy development are laid.The research work of this paper has some theoretical significance for mechanical structure and hydraulic system design of medium sized container transport off road vehicle and development of virtual simulation platform,it can provide some key technologies for the rapid development of container transportation industry.
