In recently years, many researchs on loader were carryed on. But their methods are relatively simple, either only analysed on working device with dynamatics analysis software, or only analysed on hydraulics system with simulation software. These analysis methods has played a significant role in pushing forward researchs on loader, but because of these methods relatively simply, always lead to two inevitable questions, as follows:for one thing is the method of analysis working device without taking into account the true states of hydraulic system, can't accurate given the working device's driving force; for another is the method in the hydraulic system analysis without considering the reality of working device, can't accurate given the load of the hydraulic system. One purpose of paper is found a method to combine the two methds into one condition. In the method, the loader's hydraulc system and working device would be look on as one unit to analysis, and come out the features of working condition. The other purpose of paper is improve the hydraulic system, so that system with energy-saving effection.The method of this paper is use dynamic analysis software ADAMS and hydraulic system analysis software AMEsim to co-simulation, and come out the reality relationship of hydraulic system and working device at different times, different conditions and different driving forces. In the process of co-simulation, the role of interface of ADAMS and AMEsim is exchange date between two software in real-time, so that the two software simulation synchronized with each other.In this paper, while co-simulatiom carried on, the energy saving is also in consideration.Improved original hydraulic system to reduce energy consumption and in line with market requirements. The pump of original hydraulic system is changed with variable pump, which is controled with multple control styles, and the system's overflow almost zero, so that the hydraulic system has a certain energy-saving effection.The fllowing is the general content of each chaper:In the chapterâ… , introduced the current research status of loader, presented the progress on current domestic and foreign research of loader.In the chapterâ…¡, described the working principle of loader's working device, and established the loader's multi-device model.In the chapterâ…¢, modeling the dynamics model of loader's working device. The general process is:drawing the three-dimensional model of loader with three-dimensional software, import the model into the dynamic simulation software ADAMS to estabilsh dynamic model, prepare for nexr step.In the Chapterâ…£, estabilished the simulation model of AMEsim, and build the interface of two simulation software.In the chapter V, carried on the co-simulation of loader with ADAMS and AMEsim, and analyzed the results.In the chapter VI the research results have been summarized, and made a future work prospects.
