Research Of Construction Progress Management Based On BIM Technology And Climate Evaluation

With the increasing complexity and large-scale of current construction projects,project management activity is becoming more and more complex,and the problem of progress optimization also becomes particularly important.In the process of the country vigorously promoting the information management of construction,the popularization and application of new technologies has been paid more and more attention.Under the environment,the BIM technique is emerging and continues to develop.The usage of BIM can accelerate the progress of the project and greatly improve the level of project management.BIM technology provides a platform of information integration and sharing for the participants of the project,which maximizes to utilize the project information resources in each construction stage,and realizes the integration of project management.Based on BIM theory and related software,this paper firstly built a BIM construction technology analysis model,added it to Autodesk Navisworks Manage software,and did appropriate modifications to the model.Then,the project construction schedule was input into the software platform to simulate and analyze the visual construction of the project based on BIM construction technology,and the optimized construction program was obtained.Meanwhile,by introducing the theory of climate evaluation and combining the application of BIM technology with climate evaluation theory,it provided a new direction to explore construction schedule management.The progress climate can infect,motivate,regulate,and promote employees' behaviors,and it plays a strong role in guidance,evaluation,public opinion,supervision and management.After understanding the value and role of the progress climate,we can selectively build the climate according to requirements.On this basis,this paper developed a progress climate measurement scale,then evaluated the progress climate evaluation of construction site and put forward the corresponding improvements,in order to better guide the BIM construction technology to achieve the optimal schedule.Through the combination of theory and technology,it is expected to provide reference for China's construction industry to promote the BIM construction technology and climate evaluation,so as to speed up the application processof BIM construction technology in China's construction project.Further improve the application of BIM construction technology benefits,so as to effectively control the project progress.
