| Progress and cost and quality are called the three elements of construction management.Progress management is an important part of project management, and is closely related to the economic benefits and time benefits of the project. In recent years in China’s water conservancy construction industry, the problem of schedule delay is becoming more and more obvious. At the same time, there are many problems such as low production efficiency, waste of resources and low degree of informatization. However, with the gradual progress of science and technology, the maturity of computer and information technology,BIM(Buliding Information Modeling)technology is gradually known,it has played a huge role in the field of project schedule control, and gradually improved the traditional schedule control method.Introducing BIM technology into project management can greatly improve the ability of managers to co-ordinate the overall situation, reduce the risk of schedule delays, and thus improve the management level. This paper comprehensively analyzes the existing research results at home and abroad, point out the shortcomings of the traditional schedule control method, and based on this, combined with the theory of digital graphic media, demonstrate the feasibility of BIM technology in the field of progress control,a BIM-based schedule control method is proposed.Use Revit to build a basic 3D model, associate 3D models with progress data via Navisworks software, the statistical analysis of the model-based construction engineering quantity was completed. On this basis,by comparing the progress information of the plan with the actual progress, the deviation analysis and adjustment feedback of the progress are displayed in the planned progress control model, and the influencing factors are studied. The research results have an important guiding role for the optimization analysis of arch dam construction schedule control. This paper takes BIM as the main technology, combines specific engineering projects, and deeply discusses the application of BIM technology in projectmanagement, which provides a reference and reference value for the follow-up research of BIM technology in the construction field. |
