Due to the great competition among modern enterprises,it is difficult for managers to comprehensively predict the problems faced by enterprises.Therefore,it is more necessary for us to explore the talents and wisdom of employees and encourage them to make suggestions and suggestions.At the same time,the prevalent "996" working time arrangement,employees also face a lot of work pressure,resulting in mental health problems of employees has become the focus of occupational health management research.This article takes the employees of a certain group as the research object,and mainly discusses the relationship between employees' Psychosocial Safety Climate,Atmosphere of Chaxu Climate,organizational identity and vioce behavior.This study uses an online questionnaire survey method.The questionnaires used are the Psychosocial Safety Atmosphere Scale(Hall,2010),the Atmosphere of Chaxu Climate Scale(Liu Zhenyu,2003),and the Organizational Identity Scale(Wang Hua,2008).Suggestion Behavior Scale(Maynes,2011).In the formal test,378 questionnaires were returned,and 37 questionnaires with obvious regular responses,and short answering time were eliminated,leaving 335 valid questionnaires,with an effective rate of 89%.Using spss 25.0,the data was tested for differences in demographic variables,reliability analysis,partial correlation analysis,regression,and mediating effects.The validity test was performed through AMOS 23.0.The results are as follows:(1)The role of partial treatment and cronies can positively predict destructive voice behavior.Management support,management priority,can positively predict supportive voice behavior.(2)Belonging to the organization plays a full mediating role in management support and supportive advice,and working harmoniously with colleagues plays a full mediating role in organizational communication and constructive voice.(3)The appreciation and gratitude to the boss play a partial mediating role in the biased treatment and destructive voice,while the pride of the organization plays a partial mediating role in the confidant role and defensive voice.In the workplace,employees feel the support and attention from the organization and management for their own psychological and social security problems,have a sense of identity with the organization,and are more likely to express their support for the company's system and procedures.When managers treat different employees differently,employees are more likely to express their dissatisfaction with the company.
