Research On Evaluation Of Port Hinterland Logistics System Flexibility

Since China proposed "Internet +" program,the already booming global economy has gone up.Consumer market is exposing from home to the world.That consumers quickly meet their diverse and personalized consumer demand from the global market will also be the general trend.Therefore,"fast" and "varied" has become the mainstream of consumers.As an important hub connecting domestic consumers and foreign markets,port enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges.Considering that the port enterprise is facing the economic environment in the new situation and there are few studies about the port logistics flexibility evaluation system,the research on the evaluation of flexible port hinterland logistics system is put forward.There are two purposes to do this.One is to evaluate the flexible ability of port hinterland logistics system reasonably and effectively,and the other is to put forward rationalization advice improve the system flexibility.First of all,the economic environment of the port hinterland logistics system is analyzed,and the related research at home and abroad are summarized.Then,the research direction is clear.Secondly,through reading a lot of relevant information,I have a solid understanding of the concept of the flexibility,port logistics system and port hinterland logistics system.Thirdly,according to the port hinterland logistics system related to the concept of flexibility and related research,using the Delphy method,screened the basic framework of evaluation index system;through factor analysis,finally established the evaluation index system of flexible port hinterland logistics system;fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP of port hinterland the flexibility of logistics system.Finally,application method was introduced in this paper by taking Tianjin Port as the concrete implementation object.I have come to the comprehensive evaluation value of Tianjin port hinterland logistics system,which provides data support of how to improve the level of flexibility for Tianjin Port effectively.
