Coal is the most important energy resource in china,even today energy structure has been being changed gigantically,coal inhabit 66 percent of China's energy consumption.A large amount of coal is used for the development of social economy,in the meantime a large amount of industrial waste residue is produced.The slag has been used as the aggregate of concrete instead of sand to make Self-Compacting Concrete,on the one hand,protect the environment;on the other hand,increase the economic value of industrial solid waste,make waste profitable.In this paper,cement,fly ash,slag,basalt fiber and Polycarboxylate superplasticizer were used to prepare self compacting concrete.Single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment are used to study the variation trends of the performance of self compacting basalt fiber slag concrete with different water binder ratio,fly ash replacement rate and fiber content,following conclusions were got:(1)The effect of different water-binder ratio to the self-compacting slag concrete has been reached in this paper by single factor experiment.The results showed that slag can be substituted for ordinary sand as lightweight aggregate of Self-Compacting Concrete,the self compacting concrete with different water binder ratio has good fluidity,anti separation quality,passing quality through gaps and filling characteristic.The optimum parameters to extract were as follows: the water-binder ratio 0.42,the fiber content 1711.8kg/m3.The compressive strength is 12.43 MPa,and the rupture strength is 2.4MPa.(2)The effect of Different fly ash replacement rate to the self-compacting slag concrete has been reached in this paper by single factor experiment.The operating performance of self-consolidating slag concrete with different fly ash replacement rate meets the requirement of Technical specification for application of self-compacting concrete.Added moderate fly ash,the operating performance of selfconsolidating slag concrete significantly improved.During the fly ash replacement rate is 70 percent,the concrete's performance is excellent.Its apparent densities were reduced to some extent.Its compressive strength greatly increased,and maximum is 21.2MPa.During the fly ash replacement rate is 70 percent,the breaking strength reached to the highest at 2.2MPa,and the compressive strength is 16.2MPa.(3)The effect of different basalt fiber dosage to the self-compacting basalt fiber reinforced slag concrete has been reached in this paper by single factor experiment.The results showed that compared to self compacting slag concrete,although the working performance of self compacting basalt fiber reinforced slag concrete declined,it also meets the requirement of technical specification for application of selfcompacting concrete containing 0.5,1.5,and 2.5 kg/m3 of basalt fiber dosage.When basalt fiber content is 1.5 kg/m3,its working performance is optimal.Its apparent densities were reduced to some extent.Both compressive strength and flexural strength increases at first and then declines with basalt fiber content and reached a maximum value at 1.5 kg/m3 basalt fiber,and the compressive strength is 18.6MPa,the rupture strength is 2.16 MPa.(4)The effects of different water-binder ratio,different fly ash replacement rate and different basalt fiber dosage to the self-compacting basalt fiber reinforced slag concrete has been reached in this paper by orthogonal design method.The experimental result indicated that analysis from three dimensions of the experiment,result that water-binder ratio to T500,fiber content,compressive strength is the highest level,basalt fiber dosage to slump flow and rupture strength is the highest level,and fly ash replacement rate is the lowest level.The optimum parameters to extract were as follows: the water-binder ratio 0.42,the rate of fly ash replacement 70%,the fiber content 1.5kg/m3.Finally,this test results are checked,and it meets the requirements for performance of building partition pane,and it also can be used to practical production.
