Centrifuge is one of a machine that can make two substances consisting of solid and fluid or fluid and fluid not dissolved each other separated, because the two substances have different density leading levels of centrifugal movement. With the development of industry, the centrifuge is widely used in petrochemical industry ? food industry ? pharmacy industry and so on.Therefore, the research of distribution of the two substances in centrifuge is important for structure ? working parameter and geometric dimension design of centrifuge. Now build small research dimension?original dimension and original dimension with spin model by 3D software , and then extract the model of 3D flow field to divide mesh to explore the independence of mesh and assure the suitable way of dividing the mesh and other parameters . In the end,I used the mesh to proceed the numerical simulation by VOF model in Euler-Euler model. The numerical simulation simulated the Solid-liquid two-phase flow in low speed of small research dimension and high speed of original dimension of centrifuge without spin. Through comparing the result of the simulation and the research I find out the influence of rotate speed and concentration on distribution of the two substances and summarized the distribution characteristics and the influence factor of it.The research shows: (1) the distribution of the two substances is different when the rotate speed of the centrifuge is changed. The higher rotate speed is, the better the distribution is and the less time it will take. (2) the distribution of the two substances is different when the height of the particle is changed. The higher the particle height is, the higher the dividing boundary is and the more time it will take. (3) the distribution of the two substances is different when the concentration is changed. There is linear relationship between particle concentration and particle thinkness. The higher the concentration is, the higher the thinkness of the particle is.
