In recent years,China's affordable housing construction for low-income families to solve the housing problem,is a major livelihood projects.Large scale green design is an effective measure to save energy in newly built affordable housing.In order to alleviate the pressure of China's energy consumption has a certain role in promoting.The green design of affordable housing is a special field in recent years.Guangzhou area because of its special climatic characteristics: strong solar radiation,wet,hot,wet,high temperature and long duration,natural sunlight,strong wind climate,the climate characteristics,the green design of construction in the region is particularly important.Green affordable housing has been fully implemented in some provinces and cities in China,and has made some achievements.At present,the construction of green indemnificatory housing in Guangzhou area is the key area of housing security work earlier in our country.This paper first summarizes the suitable green design in hot summer and warm winter area and the status quo of the design goal,modern green building development and some problems,which focuses on the Guangzhou area suitable for affordable housing in the sun,heat insulation and ventilation of the green design strategies.Taking Guangzhou area as the research object,analyzed and summarized the climatic features of the region and its traditional dwelling characteristic,summarizes the research of domestic and foreign green affordable housing in the Guangzhou area of the existing results,affordable housing for a large number of field research and academic network information collection,use of traditional dwellings in Guangzhou to design methods the natural environment and climate characteristics,summed up the design strategy of green affordable housing for the Guangzhou area from the aspect of green design.The full text is divided into eight chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the source of the subject,the significance and the purpose of the research,the introduction of the thesis,the research methods and the research situation in detail.The second chapter describes the geographical and climatic characteristics of traditional Guangzhou area,formation and its influence on architecture,summarizes the south of the Five Ridges building in the application of its climatic characteristics formed by traditional energy saving practices,provide the design basis for the design of green affordable housing.The third chapter focuses on the analysis of the concept of housing and related policies of affordable housing situation in China and the Guangzhou area was further researched,according to the characteristics of the Guangzhou area of affordable housing affordable housing green design strategies.The fourth chapter first suitability of natural ventilation for residential buildings are studied,to make a thorough study of the ventilation design from the existing architectural planning and single building etc,according to the characteristics of the housing security system in Guangzhou area,Guangzhou area and put forward the suitable design of housing security strategy through the wind.The fifth chapter first introduces relevant concepts and sun shading design theory research on regional shading technology to do in-depth research,summed up the difficulty of shading technology in Guangzhou area were analyzed,and put forward the suitable area of Guangzhou affordable housing sunshade design strategy.The sixth chapter firstly explains the necessity of the insulation design of Guangzhou area,followed by the principle of heat insulation of the building are studied,and heat insulation structure for the construction of the study area of Guangzhou,according to the characteristics of the housing security system,and put forward the suitable area of Guangzhou affordable housing insulation design strategy.In the seventh chapter,the author puts forward the development direction of green design of indemnify housing in Guangzhou in the light of the technical measures and examples of ventilation,sunshade and heat insulation in Guangzhou.In the conclusion part,the author makes an analysis of the content and research methods of the thesis,focusing on the achievements and shortcomings of the thesis.
