To the opposite, we have huge potential in Energy conservation and reconstruction of the construction. Along with the issuance of the national energy conservation standard, everywhere carried out the local standards; in this progress, the architect deepen the understand of green building, deepen the conscious of energy conservation.Energy saving and emission reduction is a basic policy in our country, Low carbon development has become a giobai consensus on Development. How to achieve the sustainable development on the basis of resource saving, environment friendly is the development of our country’s goals. It’s our chief problem to achieve energy saving and emission reduction and sustainable development to be solved.China’s population is in the great increase, house prices rising, which makes the concern about the affordable housing become inevitable. The policy comes out, in 12th five years plan, there are 36 million suit of affordable housing to be built. The affordable housing construction and the people’s livelihood issue is closely related. Our country and provinces pay great attention and have financial support to affordable housing construction. It’s a great turning point for the development of green building in the large-scale construction of affordable housing.Affordable housing is the government for low-income family in a classification security provided in the process of limited supply object, construction standard, sales price or rent standard, has the social security properties of housing. The Green Building Technology always considered to be used with high cost, high technology to gain high comfort, to the contrary, the technology we used in the affordable housing have to be the passive comes first, which supplemented by the active one. With low technology as the main building energy conservation method, Green building technology with low cost on the basic of not sacrifice the comfort of housing to gain the normal energy conservation standards.The domestic and foreign relevant affordable housing design have many mature experiences in whatever the theory research or practice. Foreign affordable housing has great discrepancy in the system and building form with China, Technology can draw lessons from which above but in the details we should consider climate humanities and environmental condition to have our own proper design. The developed areas have carried out the related standards, but to the limit of our low technology level and immature technology, in the design phase we should consider to improve the energy efficiency in buildings.There is short of design in construction energy conservation design in the process, the author took Linuo Low-rent Housing Residential Design for Example; in the essay we do research to consider the energy conservation as chief point within the low cost, first of all, passive technology is the prerequisites, manage the method of climate design, layout, site green design; secondly, to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reduce the construction energy consumption to make full use of simulation analysis and energy saving calculation to estimate the energy efficiency. To get the goal of forming the system of affordable housing energy saving, and set a sample of the design of affordable housing.
