The Research On Green Building Application Technologies And Evaluation For Affordable Housing In Southwestern Henan Province

In Southwestern Henan province,there are problems in the affordable housing construction,such as outdated concepts,poor living comfort,high building energy consumption and so on.Because of the particularity in regional climate,economic level and living habits,the existing green building rating standards applied in the area unsuitable,and it affected the process of China’s overall development of green building.Based on the above problems,this paper selected the Southwest Henan affordable housing as research subjects,combined with the state twelve five Technical Programs Demonstration Project-green affordable housing design examples.Paper is divided into four parts.Firstly,to pose problems,identify research objects and routes.Take the interpretation and comparison about the basic theory of affordable housing,green buildings and evaluation standards as the basic theoretical support for this paper.Secondly,summarize the common problems that exist in housing construction about the characteristics of the local climate,energy structure,economic level,and resident thermal comfort adaptive behavior.Thirdly,according to the design process of Nanyang green buildings,using the computer effects of passive planning,indoor comfort,and energy consumption to expand the simulation analysis and calculations,to establish dwelling design optimization model,green building appropriate technology,green energy selection methods and saving technical solutions.Lastly,combining with the results of the preliminary investigation and analysis of data,prepare Southwest Henan affordable housing green building rating system.And verify its rationality and feasibility through practical examples.Paper is starting from the gap between households living comfort requirements and national standards,according to the local traditional residential dwelling,aiming at the local habits and resource stocks,to establish dwelling optimal design model in line with the geographical characteristics.According to the case study,put forward the green building application technology for local affordable housing.Based on research findings,prepared Southwest Henan affordable housing green building rating system,and verified the rationality and feasibility of the system through examples.
