| The country has put forward higher requirement with the developing of the new electronic power,and environment protection on today's new normal economy.The solar energy is in endless supplying as the energy comes from the sun.Compare with the traditional energy,the solar energy has the significant advantages in terms of safety,cleaning,no pollution,and no emission.Under the requirement of new normal economy,China has boosting the construction of solar electronic power plant,and the utilizing of solar resources since 2011,the photovoltaic industry is growing as an important emerging industry on this period.This article firstly tried to carefully understand the development patterns of solar photovoltaic industry of China and other countries,and analyze the characters of the construction of solar electronic power plant in China.Then,indicated the importance of photovoltaic power generation in new normal economy base on the energy structure and the developing statement of photovoltaic industry.The article also analyze the currently existing problems of the energy structure in China,and discussion the promoting the sustainable development of energy structure in new normal economy,and the significant channel for realizing low-carbon economy.Specifically,the article tried to evaluate the comprehensive benefits for Pearl photovoltaic power electronic project in Conghua,Guangzhou according to the overall index evaluating system in terms of economy,social,and environment benefits.The photovoltaic industry is an sustainable emerging industry.The policies in terms of fiscal subsidies,full-purchasing,grid purchase price privilege provide strongly policy platforms and technique supports for the developing of photovoltaic industry.in the future,the photovoltaic industry cannot change the leading position of traditional energy,but there must be positive opportunity for the developing of photovoltaic industry in large scale. |
