Forty years of reform and opening up,China's economy has taken off,and people's living standards and needs have gradually increased. With the development of e-commerce,people are increasingly inclined to this convenient online shopping method.Traditional physical retailing is limited by price and space, and the share of the market has been declining over the past few years. As a result, many commercial developers are looking for new development models to create a new generation of commercial space that meets people's diverse lifestyle needs. From traditional department stores to shopping malls, from ordinary commercial complexes to high-rise,block-style complexes, commercial buildings have also entered a new era of developmentThe creation of space is the focus of commercial building design, and the organization of people flow is the key to commercial operations.Analyze and summarize the distribution characteristics of commercial people flow, study the main factors of its influence, provide suggestions for the design of premise, predict the distribution of people flow, improve the quality of space, and reduce the difficulty and cost of later operationThis article will take Shenzhen The Mixc World as the research object, combined with the space syntax theory to study the block-type commercial complex. This paper mainly solves three problems:1.What are the main factors affecting the distribution of pedestrian flow in the block-type commercial complex;2.How to effectively quantify the space and function of the block-type commercial complex;3.Space and function How it affects the distribution of people in a block-type commercial complex.Study and discuss these three issues, and provide design suggestions for the pedestrian organization of the block-type commercial complexThis paper firstly sorts out the background and development process of the block-type commercial complex, and conducts field research and statistics on excellent commercial complexes in Guangzhou,Shenzhen and Hong Kong. The characteristics and main influencing factors of the distribution of commercial complex flow are analyzed in detail, including:moving, spatial and function. Then, based on the space syntax theory, the axis model is established, and the specific spatial morphology analysis is carried out for The Mixc World. The multivariate linear regression analysis is combined with the measured human flow dataSecondly, the analysis results show that vertical traff-ic has the greatest impact on people flow, followed by entrances and exits and functional formats, and the influence of spatial factors is relatively small. In the space design, the relationship between the entrance and exit and the horizontal and vertical moving lines should be handled, and the flow of people should be introduced and ordered as much as possible.Whether the interior space is outdoor or indoor, the intelligibility should be improved, the repeatable arrival rate of the space should be increased, and the balance of the flow distribution should be achieved.
